Your body is precious. So why do we treat material things better than our own bodies sometimes? If we spent as much time as we do on social media or taking care of our material things, on our bodies, we would be much happier. We have grown accustomed to treating sneakers or phones with more care than our own bodies. We neglect doctors appointments. We over indulge and eat the worst foods. Consistent sleep schedules are non existent for us. We always manage to protect our phones with fancy cases. We upgrade our apps in a timely fashion when they become slow. So why don't we give the same attention to our bodies. Be kind to yourself. Be aware of yourself. Don't forget to take care of yourself.
